Frequently Asked Questions
For attorney members, registration and membership are always free, providing attorneys with unlimited searches, views, the ability to rate Neutrals and the ability to interact with other attorneys. For the general public, free registration provides the ability to search Neutrals and one full profile view. Public members may upgrade their membership at any time to view the full profiles of additional Neutrals.
If you are an attorney member, yes, you can rate Neutrals by submitting your Verdict on the Neutral’s profile page. Non-attorney members, and members who are Neutrals themselves, may not rate Neutrals.
Attorney members may contract Neutrals directly from a Neutral’s profile page, provided the Neutral has claimed their profile and enabled direct contact. Of course, Neutrals may always be contracted through their own websites and the websites of their organization, if any.
To determine whether you already have a NeutralCheck profile for you to claim and complete, simply type your name in the search box at the top of the home page. If your name appears in the search results, you can claim your profile by clicking it and completing the verification process.
If you are a Neutral but your profile is not already listed for you to claim, it’s easy to create one and start letting attorneys see you. Simply click on the “Neutral Registration” tab under “Registration” at the top right of the homepage. Scroll down and select one of the three packages, then follow the prompts to sign up. Upon verification, you can complete your profile, including uploading photos and even a short video.
For non-attorney members, the plan that presents the greatest value and ability to review profiles in-depth is NeutralCheck Plus. NeutralCheck Plus allows unlimited browsing and full profile views for just one low price. For Neutrals, becoming a Featured Neutral puts you front and center where attorneys are searching to hire a mediator or arbitrator. To see all the benefits of becoming a Featured Neutral, Click Here.
